Quick choice: start with Original or Sport for an everyday shake. Explore Krismat if you want to make porridge or a shake and plan food at home. Always compare the specific flavour – the ranges have different recipes and serving weights.

Which question guides your choice of range?

“What should I be able to do with the food?” is a good first question. Work lunch, dinner after activity and a place in household supplies have different practical requirements. This does not automatically make a range suitable for a particular type of person. Contents, taste, preparation and your own circumstances need to fit together.

Original and Sport above are compared at 100 g powder. Krismat's column refers to its own declared 105 g serving. This is therefore a table of each label serving, not identical grams. Krismat's web data has not been compared with a physical bag in this review.

Ingredients and allergens – check at flavour level

Original Chocolate's catalogue ingredient list includes oat flour, maltodextrin, pea protein, rapeseed oil and cocoa. Sport Chocolate has its own recipe. Krismat Chocolate lists gluten-free oat flour, fava bean flour, pea protein isolate, cocoa and sunflower oil powder in its separate packaging data. Read vitamin and mineral blends and remaining ingredients in the complete labelling.

Choosing a range is not an allergy assessment. Open the full ingredient list for Original Chocolate, Sport Chocolate or Krismat Chocolate and check the packaging you actually use.

Preparation and water are part of choosing a range

For Original and Sport, check the shake instructions on the same bag. We do not transfer Krismat's water quantities to the other ranges. Krismat's separate instructions describe about 200 ml hot water for porridge and 400 ml cold water for a shake with the flavour's declared powder quantity.

At home, water supplies need to cover several purposes. Water for a powdered meal is part of the household's planned water use. It needs to be available even if electricity or water supply fails. Read the supplies guide before treating a number of powder bags as complete preparedness.

Taste, price and first purchase

Original has Chocolate, Raspberry, Strawberry and Blueberry in the local catalogue. Sport has Chocolate, Vanilla, Neutral and Apple Pie & Vanilla. Krismat's own pages show Apple Pie, Blueberry Pie and Chocolate. The flavour guide helps you explore the options without promising a test winner.

The catalogue example for Original and Sport is SEK 569 per bag. With 20 and 16 declared 100 g servings respectively, this corresponds to about SEK 28 and SEK 36 per serving before shipping and additions. These are dated examples, not a current checkout promise. ComFoo's agreed subscription discount is 15 percent; check your chosen purchase type and price in the order. UPS Standard and DHL Parcel Connect each cost €14.90 including VAT per order; free shipping is not offered. Krismat's local purchase flow is still in preparation; an information page does not mean an order can be placed here.

Three situations to start with

  1. Lunch at work: compare Original and Sport by taste and label. Check water and washing facilities before deciding on the routine.
  2. A meal when active: compare actual protein in the same quantity and other contents. The name Sport promises no recovery or performance benefit.
  3. A backup at home: explore Krismat's instructions as part of a menu with other food. Count water and whole packages.

Questions before choosing a range

Are all servings 100 g?

No. Original and Sport are stated per 100 g in the local catalogue. Krismat has flavour-dependent serving weights; the chocolate example here is 105 g.

Is Sport a protein powder?

It is described as a meal shake and should be assessed using its entire declaration. Compare with a protein supplement based on the purpose you want to address.

Can Krismat replace the whole food supply?

Household supplies need water, varied food, suitable storage and preparation facilities. One range or bag is not the whole plan.
