2 scoops = 1 serving for Original and Sport. Pour the liquid into a clean shaker, add two scoops of ComFoo and shake. Follow the liquid quantity on your bag.

Choose the same flavour and version as your bag

Original, Sport and Krismat have different recipes. Flavours within the same range may also differ. Check the product name, flavour, ingredients and serving instructions before comparing a website figure with the packaging. We show catalogue values from 22 September 2026, not a photo of your current batch.

If information on your physical packaging differs, follow that packaging's instructions for the product you have. Save a photo of the label and ask ComFoo if the difference needs clarifying. Do not borrow water quantities or scoop measurements from another recipe.

How many scoops make a serving?

For ComFoo Original and Sport, use 2 scoops for 1 serving. One scoop is half a serving. Use a ComFoo scoop to measure the powder.

Original and Sport: 2 scoops = 1 serving
ScoopsServingsPowder quantity
1 scoop½ servingAbout 50 g
2 scoops1 servingAbout 100 g
4 scoops2 servingsAbout 200 g

Use kitchen scales to measure grams precisely. Krismat has its own serving weights; follow the instructions for the flavour on your current packaging.

Mix your shake in three steps

  1. Liquid first. Pour the liquid and quantity specified on your current packaging into a clean container. Check that it holds the liquid and powder with room to mix.
  2. Two scoops of powder. For one serving of Original or Sport, add 2 scoops of ComFoo. For Krismat, use the grams stated on the packaging. Read the allergen labelling for the exact flavour even if you have used other ComFoo flavours before.
  3. Close and mix. Check the lid and any drinking spout. Mix as instructed. Open and check the result before drinking.

If the mix did not turn out as expected

First check that you used the correct product, quantity, liquid and method. Powder remaining in corners or on the bottom may mean it has not been mixed thoroughly. Follow the product instructions and check the equipment before changing several things at once.

We have not documented our own series of consistency tests for every flavour. We therefore give no universal shaking time, waiting time or extra water quantity as a proven result.

Water, milk and plant-based drinks count differently

Water adds no energy. Milk, plant-based drinks, yoghurt and toppings have their own content. Count their quantities and declarations separately for the whole meal. If 80 g of powder provides 320 kcal, energy from milk, for example, is additional.

Have a different label or want to compare two of your own values? The nutritional declaration guide shows the formula for converting a value per 100 g to your weighed quantity. It also explains why ml cannot automatically be treated as g.

Cleaning and storage after mixing

Dry powder and a prepared mix have different requirements. Store an opened bag as labelled and keep utensils used in the powder clean and dry. Mix close to mealtime where possible. Follow the packaging instructions for any mixture you need to save.

Wash the container, lid and parts after use, rinse and let them dry. Food containing milk, yoghurt or other chilled ingredients needs to stay cold. The Swedish Food Agency gives 4 °C as a good refrigerator temperature. This does not establish a specific shelf life for an untested ComFoo recipe.

Powder in recipes has its own nutritional content

A tablespoon of powder for flavouring and a declared ComFoo serving are different quantities. In the banana overnight oats recipe the powder is an optional addition measured with kitchen utensils. In the porridge recipe workshop a specified powder weight is used alongside several other ingredients. The whole dish's content depends on everything you add.

If older measurements differ from today's information

Older texts may mix 80 g and 100 g or describe a scoop without a reliable weight. This is no reason to invent a dosing rule. Check the version and calculate from the correct declaration. At 400 kcal per 100 g, 80 g still provides 320 kcal of powder. Krismat's own serving weights and water instructions are in the range comparison and on Krismat's product pages.

Common mixing questions

How do I measure one serving?

Yes. The scoop guide and three mixing steps are available as plain text. For Original and Sport, use 2 ComFoo scoops for 1 serving.

Is the same scoop right for every flavour?

For Original and Sport, 2 ComFoo scoops make 1 serving. Krismat has its own serving weights in grams, shown for each flavour.

Does a calculation tell me how many servings to have per day?

No. It only shows the content of the quantity you calculate. Your needs and the rest of your diet are not included.
