BODY SCIENCE VS COMFOO SPORT
107 or 400 kcal?
Body Science Diet Shake and ComFoo Sport have different servings.
Both are powders for a shake, but servings differ considerably. Start there before comparing price.
See the serving difference
The servings cannot be treated as equivalent.
The most important difference comes before price: Body Science Diet Shake Chocolate declares 107 kcal in 30 g powder. ComFoo Sport Chocolate declares 400 kcal in 100 g. We show the servings as they are, without presenting them as equivalent meals.
You are reading ComFoo's own comparison. The article was updated on 30 September 2026. Dated product and price data appears beside the tables and sources. We distinguish declared facts from our advice on how to compare.
A serving is not a standard size.
Bags of shake powder can appear to serve the same purpose. Yet serving can mean very different quantities. Diet Shake Chocolate and ComFoo Sport Chocolate are a clear example: the declared powder quantity differs by more than three times.
Diet Shake states 16 g protein per 30 g serving. Sport Chocolate states 29.3 g in a 100 g serving. You can read both figures, but comparing scoops alone cannot establish that one directly replaces the other.
Start with what you want to use the product for and read preparation instructions. This comparison describes product contents and cost. It is not a plan for replacing the day's meals or a weight-loss recommendation.

How the price is calculated
Serving price before shipping = package price / number of declared servings. Order total = price per whole package × number of packages + shipping. Monthly consumption = occasions per week × 52 / 12 × serving price. Whole monthly purchases are rounded up from empty stock and shown separately.
Fictional Diet Shake example: SEK 140 / 14 servings = SEK 10 for a 30 g serving with 107 kcal before shipping. ComFoo's price refers to 100 g powder and 400 kcal. The same number of occasions means different energy.
Diet Shake Chocolate: powder and added water.
MM Sports instructs 30 g Chocolate powder with 2 dl cold water. The declaration states 107 kcal and 16 g protein for 30 g. Water adds no energy. Mixing with another drink adds its values; they are not included in the powder table.
The manufacturer describes Diet Shake as a meal replacement. Here we compare labelling and the stated serving without creating a treatment plan or changing the manufacturer's dosage.
Milk-based Diet Shake and plant-based ComFoo.
Body Science Diet Shake Chocolate contains milk-based ingredients, including whey and skimmed milk powder. The current ingredient list also states aspartame and acesulfame K and information about a source of phenylalanine. Check the complete labelling before choosing the product.
ComFoo Sport Chocolate is plant-based and its recipe includes gluten-free oats, pea protein, oat protein and rapeseed oil. This does not mean all powders with similar names have the same characteristics. ComFoo Original is a separate range and contains gluten.
Compare Original if that is the range you are considering. Energy per ComFoo serving is 400 kcal for these Chocolate recipes, while protein differs between Original and Sport. Use the declaration for the product you actually plan to buy.
Cheaper per serving – but which serving?
MM Sports web data read on 30 September 2026 stated a regular price of SEK 229 for 420 g with 14 servings. A temporary offer was also shown. Use your actual Chocolate price in the calculation. At the regular reference price, it is about SEK 16 per declared serving before shipping. Always read that figure alongside the 30 g serving size and 107 kcal energy.
ComFoo's serving cost refers to 100 g powder. We do not scale up Diet Shake's dosage to invent an equivalent serving. Follow the product's own instructions and use the table to understand the difference, not as a recipe for changing dosage.
Use your actual bag price if you have a promotion or subscription with the retailer. ComFoo's subscription discount applies only to ComFoo. Equal numbers of declared servings do not necessarily mean equal energy.
Decide the use before the brand.
If considering Diet Shake
Read serving instructions and intended use at MM Sports. Check that it is specifically the smaller declared serving you want to compare.
If considering ComFoo Sport
Start with a 400 kcal serving and see whether its contents suit your occasion. The product page has the complete ingredient list and Sport flavour choices.
A name containing Diet or Sport can create expectations. Let specific packaging information guide you instead. Powder quantity, ingredients and cost for what you actually plan to use provide a clearer decision basis than the name alone.
No nutritional table can promise how long you personally feel full or how you experience taste. Distinguish declared values from personal experiences when comparing.
Common questions.
Are Diet Shake and ComFoo Sport equivalent servings?
No. The declared servings in this comparison are 30 g and 100 g, with 107 and 400 kcal respectively.
Why show price per serving anyway?
It is useful for understanding each package as long as the serving difference is visible. A lower serving price here does not mean the same meal quantity at a lower price.
Should I mix more Diet Shake to reach the same energy?
This article makes no such recommendation. Follow the manufacturer's instructions and compare declared servings.
